Overlook heads up this next release from Horizons, teaming up with Photon on the flip for another murky adventure into bass music. First if all though, he goes solo for the immense "Cardinals" with its thunderous subs, razor sharp snares and ominous aurora of danger, this is a filthy slab of tech-ed up musical mischief. Stomping along with quirky edits, bass heads will be loving this from the off. "District" - the collab with Photon - is a slightly more upbeat venture. Retaining the same eeriness as its predecessor, the tune has punchy drums, a driving energy and humming b-line which makes it a winner from start to finish.
