Review:
If you like super slick, forward-thinking atmospheric electronica then this release from EAN on Cosmic Bridge could be for you. Across the Darknet EP there are five tracks, which vary in tone and texture, but all on the deeper side of the sonic spectrum. "Aulderkincher" gets things started with insistent pattering drums, quirky SFX and pounding bass. Next is "Burnt" with its anguished, chopped up vocal element; then "Flow" with its sweeping melodies and heartbeat like bass. The title track is all mellifluous melodies, haunted sonorous vocal and spaced out sounds, before the EP is brought to an end with the Om Unit remix of "Flow".
