Review:
Drumsound & Bassline Smith's Technique imprint has long been the home of rowdy unashamed dancefloor D&B. With recent radio hits such as "Close", the label now unveils its latest prodigy: Dushi, who offers something a bit different. Title track "Dizzy" blends a soaring, echoing vocal with fizzing synths, terse breaks, winding b-line and just enough wobble factor to make it into the Technique history books. "Carefree", its musical partner in crime, is all snapping snares, reverberating lyrics and laid back swagger for a more refined finish to the single. Definitely worth a try!
