Review:
Following from the stunning Replica album by Oneohtrix Point Never's Daniel Lopatin, Dog In The Fog sees some similarly leftfield contemporaries of Lopatin get under the skin of tracks from the aforementioned LP. Surgeon turns in a beautifully droned and shivvery reworking of "Remember", which mixes slowly shifting waves of musique concrete bolstered by tremoloed drums, while Richard Youngs adds a brittle sheen to the beatless "Nassau". Matmos however steal the show with a tight and staccato edit of "Replica", aided on viola by Limpe Fuchs.
