Review:
Claude Von Stroke's label scores this week's prize for the most infectious release. The title track includes a smart cultural joke by sampling one of the tracks from Moby's Play - a work that itself was based on samples and then licensed to a seemingly unending list of TV ads - and then detuning the hooks and setting them to a rubbery garridge bassline. It's one of the most inventive house tracks of the year. It doesn't end there and Eats Everything continue their experiments on "Whatever, Whatever", where sexy break beats and a lurching bass arrangement are smartly combined with a dislocated, ice maiden vocal.
