Delicious Allstars bring you a sample pack full of the very best funk loops, recorded with authenticity and soul, at their West London studios. Delicious sessions have included recordings by Jocelyn Brown, Curtis Stigers, Estelle and Terry Callier. With a feast of new material and the best of their archives, these recordings bring together the finest talents of this prestigious production company.

Soul Diva Jocelyn Brown has a rich tapestry of experience, from disco hit 'Keep on Bumpin' and 80's funk smash 'Somebody Else's Guy' to her continuing career alongside the finest players on the UK scene. With Jocelyn as her mentor, Tammariah Brown also lends her vocal know-how in a specially recorded session. With a background of funk bands and live improvisation, Ed Moris has performed with the likes of Ray Gaskins, Watts Prophets and Tower of Power. A dedicated player, he was keen to bring you the sounds of the Seventies, with authentic Clavinet, Fender Rhodes MkII and Hammond A100 samples. Drums are played by FunkShone's Mike Bandoni, a stalwart of the London breaks/Acid Jazz scene; and Ollie Raphael, Delicious Digital's MD and Ed's long-term funk stablemate. Mics were moved, snares were swapped, cymbals were changed and toms were tuned to bring you a full spectrum of brand new breaks. Guitar and Bass were deftly played by Sanj Sen, aka Indian Rope Man, no stranger to a ruff break and a 1973 Fender precision. On the horns, the multi-talented Matt Cronin, always on hand for the killer brass moment. BS1 Records' Davide Carbone, a featured Loopmasters artist, co-produced this project with Ed and Sanj, using vintage mics and outboard, and trusted techniques as old as the instruments they were recording.
