Review:
Formed by Valerio Squisito, a former member of Black Box no less, as well as DJ Mirco B, Club Squisito ply a skilful line in jazzy Latin minimal house on latest single "I Tell You I Need You". Anchored by plenty of live hand percussion, the pair keep things stripped yet impossibly funky as subtle jazz horns flow under the mix. Deejayz on Fyre go for a much more fleshed-out remix, with some upfront trance chords and vocoders used to make it an altogether different beast, while Taisouegao's mix goes the other way - creating an airless and devastatingly tight minimal rework.
