Hailing from Lexington, Kentucky - clearly not a place synonymous with jacking and soulful house - production duo Corduroy Mavericks drop four jazzy and vocal gems on this new EP for Coyote Cuts. "Don't Ask Me" bounces along with an electro-swing lilt, while "Rainsong" keeps things on he down-low thanks to its fusion of reverbed horns and simple 4/4 beats.
