Review:
Epworth's "Mo Reilly" on Tube10 is a cut above the rest. Think gentle, pattering beats, delicate sweeping atmospherics and an aesthetic of minimalism employed with stark, stripped back beauty. First up is "Blamy Ally" which builds from a collection of soft beats into a more cohesive form, with Burial-like tones, underwater atmospheres and chilled out chiming. "Inside" starts with strumming harp and strings, which gradually fade out as clapping beats are introduced and the strumming is faded in and out of focus.
