Watch out and gird your loins as 12th Canvas unveils two seriously heavy cuts on Monkey Dub! "Never Be Afraid" is drenched in irony as it preys on fear, kicking off ostentatiously with a series of severing kicks and muffled sci-fi samples. This leads into a gritty, mid range work out with tense, distorting synth wobbles and repressed gory machinations that will have fans of the wobblier side of dubstep jumping for joy. "Gundam" is an equally horrifying number with gunshot beats, whomping bass and gangster sampling. Magnificent!
