The Novation Impulse range sets a new standard in keyboard controllers, bringing full DAW/plug-in controls and automap technology to a new, affordable price point. They offer precision keyboards along with a DAW/plug-in control surface, powered by Automap 4, the brand new revision of Novation's Automap control software.

The 49 key model is USB powered. The Impulse has 8 encoders, 9 faders, 9 assignable buttons and full transport control. In addition to the large LCD screen, the Impulse also has 8 drum pads which are back-lit with 3 colour LEDs enabling arpeggio warping, beat roll and clip-launch in Ableton Live.
