Review:
The highly talented Dutch D&Bster Nymfo comes up trumps with this release on Ant TC 1's Dispatch label. "Recollection" starts with a tense, taught metallic warping synth and swiftly falls into a tough, terse stepper of epic proportions. A skewed vocal element is only hinted at, and heavily manipulated SFX add a touch of the industrial, while the bassline murmurs below like an oily pool of darkness. "Desert Heat" brings in the production talents of Cern for an outstanding venture into the unknown - watch out for the weighty sub bass pressure and pummelling drums, which drive this one along for the duration.
