Having previously impressed with 2013 releases on Church and Madtech, young producer Seb Wildblood begins his assault on 2014 with a tight EP for Skint's occasional Under 5's imprint. "Barcelona" is particularly striking, with Leo Naylor's melancholic, heart aching vocal perfectly matched by Wildblood's chiming melodies and eyes-wide-shut atmospherics. "Blue Colour", which ditches the subtle house rhythms in favour of sparse downtempo beats and a heavy analogue bassline, is equally as evocative. Wolf Music regular KRL provides the standout remix, turning "Blue Colour" into a cacophonous fusion of low-slung deep house rhythms, curious samples and sweaty drum machine percussion.
