Hooking up with future-garage label L2S for this debut release, UK producer Jonas LR steps up in style with four tunes of spaced yet focused astral 2-step. Where "Morning" is upbeat and dreamy, "Lacuna" gets gritty thanks to some sick bass stabs and reverbed textures, Best of the bunch though is the distantly-vocalled "Apple Juice", which rides a galloping snare rhythm over an electro rush of bright chords and pads.
