Review:
A canny reinterpretation of a song by '80s jazz-funk troupe Level 42, BMR's disco-house gem "Starchild" is put through its paces by Boris Dlugosch & Michi Lange Star, who pep up the drums and make the popping bassline the star on their revisit. DJ and remixer Bob Sinclar also comes through with a storming, club-rocking extension that majestically loops a hung note for an obscene amount of time over a French house beat.
