Review:
Try googling "Tandy Ramraid" and see how long it takes for the local police to pop round with a van full of knuckledraggers and a bored Alsatian called Chuckles; if they're not hovering outside your house by the time you've finished reading this review, we'd be surprised. Luckily, we've done the googling for you (and have the scars to prove it). Apparently, Tandy Ramraid is a moniker preserved for only "the most twisted 2am electronica" released by the Bomb Shop imprint. "Sterling Heights" itself is excellent, though - a crunchy, occasionally rumbling blast of IDM that pits sweet, elysian melodies and tingling synth chords against booming, shuffling beats. It's definitely worth a listen - provided you play safe and steer clear of Google!
