Review:
DJ Fresh's attack on the hit parade arrives at a new phase as he hooks up with a certain Mr Rascal for a tune that defies all categorisation. Igniting with some softly played synths, you're almost fooled into thinking this is just a standard funky house track. Then boom: in comes Dizzee and an array of squeals and squelches and you're in Party Town. What's even more interesting here is a remix by none other than Andy C; with a DJ schedule so hectic he seldom gets any studio time, he's delivered a heaving remix that grizzles and growls with the power you'd expect from the D&B don. And if that's not enough, Datsik is on firing form with his low-swung remake that swaggers so broadly it's almost drunk on distortion.
