Review:
An absolute classic from two American future-bass heads, with Distal most well-known for his inclusion on Soul Jazz's Future Bass compilation and Hexadecimal having previously impressed with 12" on Mindset and Echodub. "Typewrite Tune" in both its guises here is simply essential - a hugely clever future funky jam with some thrilling tech edges, the VIP features some outrageous gliding chords while the original is dry and centred around the percussion loops. Definitely one for fans of Night Slugs and Hessle.
