With "Ursa Major", Kid Who somehow manages to combine the feeling of gazing into the heavens with the dynamics of dancing in a dark, sweaty basement around 5am. It's bold, brash, devilishly percussive and, thrillingly, stupendously heavy. "Ursa Minor" tries the same trick, introducing some darting original electro percussion and explosive synth noises that sound like the sountrack to a far-off intergalactic battle. Also worth checking is "Cadenza", a piano-laden disco-not-disco excursion that introduces some twinkling Balearic vibes to an otherwise dark and pulsing EP. Enzo Ponzio provides a solid remix, twisting the track into hypnotic nu-disco shapes.
