Review:
Vapor Mache approaches album territory with this six track EP which successfully blends rolling basslines and glitchy beats with 80s synths. A discernable dubstep sensibility percolates through "Dying To Try", the first track of the EP, which is all shimmering melodies with intricate dancing SFX. "June Gloom" is a mistier, synth sizzling cut, still with booming bass underpinning it, and "Bonk" bears great resemblance to Joker and the purple wow crew's sound. "Nada" sees Vapor Mache get a little more melancholy, with wailing SFX and dreamy appeal, whilst "Cracks Into Crevices" gets experimental an ethereal and "Lightfighter" ups the synth work to conclude the EP.
