Ahead of his much anticipated forthcoming album 'If It Were You, We'd Never Leave', Brooklyn's Anjunadeep and Anjuabeats regular delivers one of his finest productions to date (which is really saying something). With support coming in from as wide a spectrum as Zane Lowe and Rob Da Bank, it's fair to say he is looking outside the box. Featuring a stunning vocal performance from Norway's Ane Brun, which sits beautifully above his trademark dreamy layers, you are in for a real treat. The deeper and more atmospheric Ghosting Season mix is also worth checking.

When you reach the level of an international globe trotting DJ, it must take allot for any one country or city to really grab and inspire you. It seems Armada regular Alex MORPH has taken a shine to the hustle an bustle of the Big Apple, as this highlight from Armins ASOT 2013 compilation shows. It's classic MORPH melody work, with deeper elements bringing plenty of emotion yet tinkering layers building and bubbling to send euphoria levels sky high. The production is punchy and warm, ticking that hard to achieve box of "stadium sound". There is no doubt this one will do the damage!

It has been two years in the making, but the wait is very almost over as on the dawn of releasing his fifth studio album 'Intense', Armin presents the first single to be lifted from it. With an instant "Essential New Tune" on Pete Tongs radio show (no mean feat for a trance artist), if this is anything to go by, his sound is taking a housier direction. With a strong a radio friendly vocal at the forefront, coming from the brilliant Trevor Guthrie who's tone and delivery take this skyward. Where the Original has crossover in mind, the monstrous remix from golden boys W&W certainly doesn't.. its an outright bass heavy assault on the senses, made to destroy all in its path. There's also; Antillas & Dankann, Giuseppe Ottaviani, and some guy called David Guetta providing remixes... You don't need to be told, this is essential!

Review:
There seems to be an abundance of great uplifting melodic trance out there at the moment, which is lovely to see (and hear). Yet another fine moment to add to this is a new two track EP from Overseas. Following on from 'Liberty Island' and 'Apasia' we are treated to yet more awe-inspiring musical magic and emotiveness. 'Fallback' leads the way with its blissful synth patterns and wonderfully warming pads keeping plenty of oomph in the pacey percussion and classic rolling bassline. On the flip for 'Lot of Nothing' he drops down the bpm and euphoria somewhat for a stunning progger. Fear not those with a penchant for uplifting, as The Noble Six is on hand to cover that base.

Australian producer Marlo is best known (and loved) for his unique uplifting and tech fusion, and his latest track 'Boom' is prime example of his blend of styles. Premiered on Armins A State of Trance radio show (and featured on the latest compilation) it has all the big room power that made last years 'The Island' such a global smash. The beats are punchy and the builds are almighty.. Just wait till you see the response when the breakdown is unleashed on the crowd. This will lift the atmosphere next level and is an essential tune to be on over the coming months.

It's been great to see a somewhat resurgence in what Solarstone himself has penned as "Pure" trance, with his recent compilation and signings across his labels pushing good ol fashion trance music. The equally pioneering, and his right hand man for many years, is Orkidea and for the latest single they dust of 'Pacifique' from the collection, a wonderfully warm and glistening showcase to the sound they are continuing to love and champion. It now comes with a fine selection of fresh takes, all from Finland and as part of his upcoming '20 Remixed' compilation. Although it's tempting to look no further than the brilliant 128 original, some great remixes are on offer with more pace and floor appeal, whilst keeping all the emotion and more importantly purity. For us Beetseekers smash it out the park, that said Antti Rasi, and Chantola's cuts are also worth checking!

The Moldavian master Andrew Rayel returns to Armind with two new tracks, of the highest production quality we have come to expect. He has switched things up for this double header and nicely surprises with much darker tracks. The sounds used and minor progressions are both sinister and eerie, with 'Zeus' still packing plenty of punch for the dancefloor but sounding like something to drop at 4am rather than peak time. On the flip he lightens the mood somewhat yet using more unique minor melodies and distant sounds, for the equally intriguing and powerful 'Musa'. Two mystical tracks which will instantly inject freshness into your sets.

There aren't many out there in the trance world right now who do big room uplifting like Jorn Van Deynhoven, and his latest killer is one of his biggest yet, in the much anticipated 'Superfly' which you will have no doubt heard on Armins ASOT 2013 album and in all the recent global ASOT mega raves. The beats and bassline are nicely thumping and give the perfect back bone for the sheer energy and euphoria of the melodies to shine through in his trademark stadium sized proportions. Full of emotion and spine tingling goodness. One of our favourite productions from Jorn since the monster that was his 'RAMsterdam' remix.. You need to be on this one now!!
