Review: The latest release on Sam Paganini's label is a four-tracker from a group of rising artists. French producer Wex 10's "Carolo" is a pounding affair, led by steely percussion and insistent, frequency-shifting bleeps. It's a proper peak-time track and recalls classic Planetary Assault Systems. Quisan's "Northern Lights" is also dance floor-focused but is less intense thanks to the use of atmospheric riffs and a grungy low end, but maintains a functional element with some tough hi hats. Rehmark's contribution, "Equacion De Drake", sees a return to tough, mesmerising club techno, while newcomer Veerus lives up to the expectations of his track, "Heavy", through the use of buzz saw bass and acid splurges.
