Review: Following his debut earlier this year, A 45 returns to Engrave Ltd. In essence, this release represents two distinctive modern techno sounds. On "Fleeting Moments", the mysterious producer channels the airy, atmospheric melodies of honorary Detroit producer Aril Brikha to construct a bubbling, melodic groove. Label mate Dodi Palese steers "Moments" in a different direction; while he retains the original's sinewy bass, drums and percussion trickle and flow seamlessly over the Italian's bouncy groove. At the other end of the spectrum, there's "Dazzled By An Unusual Sunshine". The rhythm is stripped back and angular, and even the chiming bells and mesmerizing synths do not detract from the fact that this is a pure dance floor techno track.
