Review: Whenever the Vision crew come to town, it's safe to say that we are going to be in for a treat, with this latest offering of stunning sound design and forward thinking production techniques being a truly gorgeous package, spanning a total of 11 beautiful originals. From the icey synthetic designs and crunching percussion of 'Gradiant' to bulbous synth bops of 'Below Ground' and footwork inspired drum arrangements of 'Aesiyo', there are truly endless array of emotions explored across this project, into which Aleph has clearly poured his heart and soul. Although we would highly recommend taking this one in via a longplay sitting, our immediate standouts would include the frankly stunning glacial sweeps of 'Hi Def', the stuttering chimes of 'Helix' and of course the bubbling garage textures of 'If U Want', providing the LP's more dance-sentric section. Awesome!

Review: Whenever the VIsion Recordings banner is unfurled, we know it's time to crank up the system, with this latest dreamboat collection from ALEPH further proving our suspicions correct. We open up with the stunning soundscapes of 'IF U WANT', a monstrous combination of bubbling synthy glitches and affected vocal chops to give us a touch of aquatic mastery. From here, 'GRADIENT' dives into a more spacey, purple-infused soundscape as unique synthesiser runs and clicky atmospherics give us one of the most uniquely designed originals of the year so far. Masterful stuff!
