Review: Prolific producer Alex Lustig has managed to carve a sonic space for himself, one that mixes horizontal gems - think ambient, downtempo and Balearic - with the kind of saucer-eyed deep and ambient house cuts that evoke thoughts of sunrise soundtracks and sunset shuffling. Here he offers up a second selection of short, sharp re-edits. It's a lovely collection all told, with Lustig ambling between dusty, piano-sporting deep house dreaminess ('Night (Edit)'), flotation tank ambient house loveliness ('Awake (Ambient Edit)'), dusty and jazzy instrumental hip-hop goodness ('Serenity (Lofi Edit)' and the ambient hip-hop head-nod of 'Final Fantasy (LoFi Edit)' and weightlessly drifting ambient gorgeousness ('Midnight (Sleep Edit)' and 'H2O (Alternate Edit)'.
