Review: French label Stereofly serve up two prog-tinged minimal cuts from label regular Bimma. 'Glide' itself sits pretty happily under the 'minimal' banner but is both faster-paced and sonically busier than such a description might lead you to assume, with an ominous bass drone and crisp beats underpinning an understated acid line while other, chirpy synth sounds flutter away at the top end. A similarly hefty synth bassline provides the backbone of the accompanying 'Tada', which starts out in minimal territory but slowly morphs into an ever-evolving synth epic of the kind favoured by Messrs Digweed, Cattaneo et al.
