Review: Tale Of Us curates the next volume of their epic compilation series Unity, featuring contributions from a cast of talent located all over the world. Part 3 maintains the same premise as the previous installments, gathering together a massive collection of 39 tracks designed to transport you into another realm. ANNA kicks off proceedings with the mesmerising dance floor drama of "Cosmovision" feat. Ravid, label staple Colyn takes you deep into the aether on the melodic bliss of "Unstable Gravity Alert" and esteemed German producer Recondite takes you on a descent further down the spiral on the brooding "Runner". Elsewhere, representing the new school, the ascendant Kevin de Vries nails that perfect main room techno sound on the epic "Biohazard", as does Innealea with the slinky and hypnotic "Targo", while scene veterans Argy and Dino Lenny represent their vintage with some equally impressive contributions in the form of "Mental Powers" and "Breathe" respectively.

Adam X - "Bound & Broken" (feat Janina Schuetz - Maetrik remix) - (5:40) 124 BPM
Review: The latest compilation on Maceo Plex's label brings together some names that would not normally share a release. Most notably, it features a rare production from Pete Tong - in collaboration with John Monkman - that follows a decidedly tripped out techno sound. The Radio 1 host features alongside a broad cast of characters, including US industrial pioneer Adam X. Working under the ADMX-71 guise, his "Bound & Broken" is turned into a slinky ebm track by Maetrik. There's also deeper material from Avision, with the rolling atmospherics of "In My Mind", while Citizen Kain is sure to keep listeners guessing with the brooding, pulsating "Charly Charly".

BOHO - "Ungeduld" - (6:07) 128 BPM
Andre Winter & Heerhorst - "Time-Out" - (6:15) 126 BPM
Review: Oliver Huntemann's Senso Sounds label out Hamburg drops its best frequencies of the year for its annual round up. Large, heavy and progressive as f***, Andre Winter & Heerhorst go deep in "Time-Out", next to the likes of Marco Resmann, Citizen Kain and Timo Maas! The always groovy Timid Boy lands with the stripped back "The Force 2020" alongside Carlo Ruetz' synth heavy "Purple Sky" and Maksim Dark's bassline-centric "Energize". Huntemann himself turns in a minimal beat turned arpeggio-driven epic in "Tranquilizer 2.0" with Raul Facio, BOHO and Frankyeffe keeping it real with their stadium/club-ready numbers. Hats off the kick drum of "Maximizer". Sens-sational.

Soundwagon - (7:09) 123 BPM Hot
Ollie & The Shadows - (7:40) 123 BPM
Review: Following releases on Blufin, Natura Viva Black and Lost On You, Frenchman Citizen Kain makes his debut on Oliver Huntemann's ever reliable Senso Sounds with a selection of high grade tackle guaranteed for maximum impact in the main room. From the chugging dancefloor drama of "Soundwagon" to the doomsday groove of "Ollie & The Shadows". The latter is a slick minimal techno trip packed full of clipped drum programming and splashes of white noise, that made it a favourite with top DJs such as Richie Hawtin and Dubfire.

Made In Paris - "Conjure" - (6:55) 125 BPM
Review: The Last Trip was originally conceived as a series of events by Berlin-based institution Stil Vor Talent but has now sonically evolved into a new in-house series of compilations. By focusing on a handful of their current signings, they allow them to express themselves with not one, but two tracks each to really show off their style. Up first is Italy's Malandra Jr. with the brooding electro-tinged dystopia of "Utter", Frenchman Citizen Kain goes for that ethereal deep house sound that has become the trademark of the label recently on "Balance" fetauring Aves Volare's life-affirming monologue, while veteran Olivier Giacomotto knows house to rock the house as always on the epic "Moonshine" and they save the best for last with the ascendant Made In Paris taking the melodic tech house sound to further heights on the futuristic "Conjure".

Senso Sounds Level 04
Citizen Kain & STAB Virus - "Torium" (Citizen Kain remix) - (6:30) 124 BPM
Carlo Ruetz - "Sky's Black" - (6:33) 124 BPM
Mr Bizz - "Algarve" (original mix) - (6:09) 125 BPM Hot
Dubspeeka - "Aakash" - (6:17) 123 BPM
Review: Oliver Huntemann's label returns with more dancefloor drama from the dark side, by some of the scene's most exciting players on Senso Sounds Level 04. French techno producer Bruno Demoeugeot aka Citizen Kain teams up with STAB Virus on "Torium" which ticks all the right boxes for a Senso track: doom laden pads, dark chords, steely rhythms and grinding arpeggios - all compressed into one big, brooding package. German producer Carlo Ruetz cuts to the chase on the aptly titled "Sky's Black" (and strips things back while he's at it) on this tunnelling and sinister epic. Finally, man of the moment Dubspeeka continues on with an impressive streak of releases on International Deejay Gigolo, Knee Deep In Sound and Get Physical recently - the cavernous, bass heavy tech house of "Aakash" further cements his status
