Review: The Sub Heavy Audio crew have become somewhat renowned for their constant upping of the intensity levels, with this latest two-track delivery from Classifyed once again unleashing a serious level of sauce. We open up with the intense drum crunches and bulbous bassy pulses of 'Little Something Like This', which through a really raucous approach delivers a slap of rave-ready dynamite, sure to send the ravers to a different stratosphere all together. On the flip, the more metallic bass licks and minimized drum structures of 'Toe Tapper' does exactly what it says on the tin, giving us a vibrant knee shaker, providing the perfect accompaniment. Very exciting stuff indeed.

Review: Time for some Swindon sizzlers: Classifyed lays down some unclassified 'Information' right here in the form of four absolute tear-ups on Natty Dub. Pristine drum production and some excellent gritty funk in the bassline department, each cut will cause havoc but special persies here for the Juno Download family are the futuristic bassline and textures of 'Give It To You', the Ram-like feels of 'Take A Hit' and the deep space finale session 'Like This'. What an EP!

Review: Classy vibes from Classifyed as the young UK talent steps over from Sub Heavy Audio to Tribe Of Dub with this feisty five-pack of burners, heaters and bubblers. 'Soundboy Killer' takes the lead with its rasping bass leads and relentless drums before 'Status Quo' follows and flips the switch to a much more soulful twist. Elsewhere we strike bone rattling gold on 'The Illest', we're red raw from high voltage slaps on 'Keep The Place Rockin'' before 'Ready To Ride' closes the EP on a high intensity bassline flex which wouldn't have gone amiss on Full Cycle in the late 90s. Review: Classifyed is one of the best recent talents to emerge from the current smorgasbord that is the D&B scene, his rough and ready sound blends jump up currents with jungle stutters and it's ideal for any situation. Breakdown carries on that trend on Sub Heavy Audio and blimey, it's pretty damn good. 'What' is our favourite, with a hypnotic feel to the track that grounds its cracking percussive knocks within a framework of bassy shudders and groaning sweeps. It's a proper naughty, twisted sound, and the thriving nature of the scene right now drips from this release.

Review: Classy work from newcomer Classifyed as Sub Heavy Audio unleash his debut release. Four tracks, four opportunities to screw up your face in disgust and mutter all the words your parents told you not to say, we kick off with the Chronic style bubbles and hip-hop references of 'Back Of The Club' before cruising headfirst into a whole barrage of gully; the suspense and tension of 'Gimme That', the early 2000s Ram style layers and rolls of 'Dirty Funk' and the crisp breaks and interesting riddim of 'Rack Shack'. Top of the class.
