Review: Synth-don Cuttooth lands on Holland's 4 Lux for eleven tracks of pure sonic bliss. The producer has only released one other record for Psychonavigation Records - a similarly diverse and compelling bundle of electronic sounds. On the self title track there is a bit of everything for everyone, from the broken hip-hop beats of "Old Tape Machine", "FM Radio" or even "Breathe Deeply" featuring the delightful vocals of Sarah Linhares; to more experimental territories such as "Casting Shade" with its bizarre arrangement and the watery textures of "Ali Of Salem". Across the album Cuttooth manages to retain his firm stamp on each and every track. This one's for the late nights and lonely hearts...
