Review: When it comes to nostalgia for the 90s, it's fair to say that Superstition holds many of the aces. As this second volume in the Nostalgia series shows, the label is home to some of the most recognisable trance tracks from that period, including "Cafe Del Mar" and the wonderfully dramatic Marmion remix of "Schoeneberg". On the flip side, Superstition also mined a deeper vein of trance, and Oliver Lieb's spellbinding "Paraglide" and Humate's tribal roller, "3.1", which are both included here, are perfect examples of the label's ability to cast its gaze into more esoteric directions. This compilation is also testament to Superstition's underground creds and it reminds the listener that respected names like Claude Young and John Tejada worked closely with Mijk Van Dijk and that none other than Steve Rachmad delivered a killer, jacking remix of Quazar's "Confusing the Sun".
