Review: On this sequel to the label's brilliant Italian house retrospective, Ciao Italia, the team at Rebirth Records has moved on to the early '90s and the next stage in Italy's electronic music evolution. Of course, the piano-laden, loved-up breeziness that marked out the earlier 'dream house' wave is still evident, but this time there's more low-slung basslines, tribal-influenced drums, and heavy late-night grooves.
