Review: A treat for lovers of soulful Latin grooves here, as Cape Verdean marno legend Cesaria Evora gets the remix treatment from three of New York's finest, nearly eight years after her death (at the age of 70) in 2011. Francois K & Joe Claussell's Body & Soul Mix is up first and is dripping in world and jazz flavas, with Evora's Portuguese-language vocal sitting alongside gentle piano chords, mournful trumpet and fluttering, flute-like synths, all underpinned by rolling house beats.
