Review: Galcher Lustwerk rose to prominence in 2013 with 100% Galcher, a 'mixtape' featuring his original productions. Now the US producer is back with a follow-up and fittingly, it's another digital-only release. Featuring lazy vocals, low-slung bass and full blooded percussion and beats throughout, this 20-track affair sounds like an impeccable meeting of US house and hip-hop influences. While DJs will find most favour with the snappy rhythm and double bass of "Wristbands", the vocal heavy "See You When I See You", and the deep techno of "Niggas", the most rewarding pieces occur when Lustwerk traverses the lines between his sources, audible on the smoky drawl and jazzy groove of "Template".
