Review: Last spotted on The Sauce in April 2023 with the hot and sticky 'Sweet Chilli', Genic finally crack open a whole EP sized bottle of full flavour funk. 'Wunsen' and 'Encounters' ripple with tightly coiled springy dynamics while 'Venus' goes on more of a gritty, growling, tearing tip. Finally '352' finishes the EP with a little more swing and uptempo venom. Gritty, lean and twisted.

A heartfelt love letter to all forms of dnb, Process is the sound of the UK pair digging deep into every nook and cranny and capturing the groove essence. From the subtle (the dreamy 'Spend It All') to the savage (the rampant technoid roll-out 'Panic') to the heart-breakingly soulful (the smoky, jazzy haze of 'Blue Skies') to the peaktime, techy tear-out (the massive Fokus-fronted 'Ruff Dem') each cut hits with a high level of class and restraint. Review: Dispatch Recordings has released a new two-track EP featuring a collaboration between Genic and Trakker titled "All That Matters", as well as a remix of Genic's "Chonka" by Black Barrel. "All That Matters" is a powerful and melodic track that showcases the skills of both Genic and Trakker. Review: Once again, the crew behind The Sauce Recordings have decided to deliver us a box of festival ready selections, welcoming five D&B heavyweights inside for a sumptuous display of original high tempo energy. We open up with the chilling horn sweeps and big room bass drops of Zero-T's 'On The M.I.C', a fragrant explosion of junglist juice, followed by both the unusual rhythmic switch ups of 'Sweet Chilli'. From Genic & Tracker, and the system-rumbling sub designs of 'Burnt Toast' from Objectiv. The high octane adventure then comes to a close with a look at 'Your Style', a bulbous roller, taking minimal percussion and lethal bass booms to round off the project in style.
