Review: Acclaimed Bavarian producer Innellea returns with a new series concept on his eponymous imprint. Representing Five Phases, it is a reflection of life from birth to death. The first is "The Awakening" and is said to describe entering into consciousness with a suitably matching soundtrack; an advanced melodic techno arrangement featuring an angelic vocal suited to those eyes-closed moments in the club. Second offering "The Rebellious Learning" represents the phase of a continuous growing process in life and by contrast is a much darker journey into the AM hours, with its pumping groove underpinning evocative strings that's sure to get the heads down on the dancefloor.
