Review: Last spotted locking horns with Trei for the label's 100th release, Renzo & Freshold return to Futurebound's mothership for their first full single since 2016. Both cuts have been worth the wait; "Crying Rain" shakes with a loose breakbeat groove, fats subs and sharp jungly fills while "Facehugger" builds on the energy with a cavalcade of electric bass tones that carry the textures of neuro over a groove that's not dissimilar to the late 90s sound coming from the BC or Virus labs. Comparisons don't come any stronger.
