Review: Taken from TC's bountiful second album "Unleash The Wolves", "Next Hype" sees the Bristol titan team up with his oldest and most consistent sparring partner Jakes. Expect nothing but a heads-down, long-dark-tunnel jam that nods respectfully at early Ed Rush & Optical's paranoid textures but with rolling drums and particularly moody lines from Jakes. Here we find original being torn apart by Mallux and Erb N Dub as they build dense layers of robo-funked neuro brickwork with focused momentum that stops for no man. Dancefloor diesel.
