Review: Leicester's very own noise maker Jaydan has had more jump up hits that you've had hot dinners. From not so humble beginnings at Propaganda and Blueprint back in the day, he's back on Playaz, showing Hype what he can do with a big squelchy bassline and techy, futuristic beats. This EP shows a real progression in his sound, from the huge rumbling energy of "Lonely Days" to the sneaky speakeasy jazz sampling of bassy stepper"1952", it's obvious that our man is looking to broaden his horizons. And why not? When you've got the talent, no genre's gonna hold you back. There are still the big dancefloor destroyers you expect, but they're interesting and more experimental.
