Review: For this delightful two tracker, the Raw Tactics bannermen bring forward Jimmy Le Mac, who provides us with some serious rhythmic heat. We begin with the title track 'Blue Tongue', which from the off you can tell is going to be a funky anthem. As we journey through the breakdown, hardcore chords, tight percussive riffs and catchy vocal slices join forces to great effect. On the flip side we have 'Baker St 'Mare', a more stripped back piece of production, focusing on intense sub stabs and subtle hi hat movement, providing yet more rhythmic bliss. This is definitely one for the fans of the new UK Funky movement!
