Review: If they gave out prizes for appropriate track titles, Jochen Miller would nail it everytime, as he does once again on "Bamm!". The Dutch tech trance fiend wraps up a mental year with a peak time slammer that will no doubt be one of the most destructive points of any New Year's Eve set. Groovy percussion and a killer rolling bassline, razor sharp synth lines and soaring layered melodies all contribute to making this a relentless rollercoaster of twist and turns, and for us, one of Jochen's finest releases of 2011.
Review: We love a producer whom you know what you get with.. Those who maintain their trademark style with each and every release. Such a name is Dutchman Jochen miller, who once again delivers a tech trance bomb for high contrast. 'Flashback' is a little less ferocious then some of his previous, with an uplifting lead line that could have been lifted straight of a house record (or should that be 'trouse'). This is a tune that covers all bases and sounds ultra fresh up against anything out there right now.. and for that reason, we're all over it!
Review: It has become a vital added extra to the festival tick-list to create an individual theme track for the year, and this years monster Energy shindig roped in Dutchman Jochen Miller to create their soundtrack. The original was as epic as the event and now High Contrast revisit it with a trio of fresh mixes. The electro laced rerub from WDFR lends itself to a wide spectrum of sets, while for more mainroom drive its all about Alexander BobkoV's Russian mix.. Pack this weapon into your artillery now!
Review: Fresh from mixing the 2011 Ibiza High Contrast Compilation alongside JOOP and collaborating with none other than Markus Schulz, Dutchman Jochen Miller is back with his latest tech trancer on his home label. A trademark big distorted synth lead takes centre stage to provide your wallet with yet another stick of Miller dancefloor dynamite. On the flip Erick Strong drops a wicked electro educed alternative that works as a great early doors tune to get the energy bubbling right from the off. Cop the lot.. It's well worth having both of these in your armory.
