Review: Earlier this year while in Sacramento, 6Blocc set up a meeting with Junior Demus to discuss dubplates. What became of that day was three tracks for Digital 6, one of which has been spun on its head by no less than seven very different producers. Enter "Jungle Stabbin'", first taken on by the legendary Marcus Visionary who puts a dancehall spin to the tropical sounds, before 6Blocc take on his own work for a switched-down, hip-swaying, dubbed-out take. Rootikal strips it back to original reggae stylings in his offerings, with a particularly nice brass hook added to the final track.
