Does anyone know what LBO's previous 625 experiments were? If they were just a fraction as good as this debut EP, we'd like to hear them! Woozy, meditative and measured, the entire EP is instantly immersive with cushioned layers of process twinkles and organic washes easing you into faraway places. Think somewhere between Blue Daisy and Mudd and you might hit the spot. Highlights include the nagging mid-range two-note synth hook and canonical vocals on "Let Me Know" and the glue-like drowsy jazz house of "Toys & Diamonds". Refreshingly strange with the perfect dosage of familiarity. Watch out for Little Big Orchestra.
