Review: If there's one thing that Los Lopez does well, then it's definitely house music. However, his strain of dance isn't part of any hip sub-genre or up-its-own-arse kinda gear, it's pure house magic with plenty of different inspirations and styles. "A True Story", for instance, is a minimal-electro hybrid with a hint of coldwave to its sonics; the tune is washed-out and contorted for the dance floor by LosBikini and Johnson, respectively. "Come Over" sees the producer send out a blast of 303 waves that recall some early 90's moment at 7am in an air field, and the comedown is soothed by Thomas Jackson, who puts a kind of downtempo spin on the original, followed by the pseudo elector house reinterpretation of Bird Of Paradise. Wild and diverse.
