Review: Barkosina Contradictions, Jerome Tcherneyan, Maja Petrovna are the Years Of Denial, an outfit constructed initially for Oliver Ho's Death & Leisure imprint...the sort of label to provide us with constant streams of pseudo industrial goodness. The trio come through with two potent dance floor weapons, fit and ready for the contemporary dancer - a halfway house between techno and something much more reminiscent of post-punk. "We Operate On Each Other" and "Numeric Affairs", including the dub version, will be smashed out by many, that's for sure. The lesser known Menad Veyl appears for the first time on vinyl, "Paint The Ossuary" unleashes a torrent of percussion with a hard edge, followed by "Who You Could Not" - a techno piledriver that heads deep into the wormhole.
