Review: The newly crowned Dutch emporium of all things disco tinged swiftly presents a second round of gems - commencing with the classic Philly disco boogie strains of "Just Can't Get Enough" which contains just the right amount of deviations into sonic filtration. Complementing this is the instrumental boogie heat of "Let's Go Swingin" which fully demonstrates the Majesty's Pleasure talent for slicing and dicing the groove. Next up, the insistent chugging sounds of "Tainted Binary" unfold brilliantly into a string heavy disco epic. The best is perhaps saved for last as "Didn't Mean To Dub U Off" reveals itself as a crystalline filled excursion into 80s proto house excellence.

Review: The Majesty's Pleasure label is back with the third volume of killer disco joints. Beginning with "Don't Stop The Dub", it's business as usual with prowling vocals and a groove to rival any 70s classic while "Nervous" goes for shoulder thrusting funk with menacing synth lines and punchy lyrics. As with everything that comes from MP, it's nearly impossible to believe that these cuts are from 2011, their authenticity and vintage charm being right on point. The following two tracks are just as delightful, with more upbeat funk and disco spreading itself over "Living for the Moment" and "Temporary Life". Feel good disco at its best.

Review: After a successful career in Dutch risque cinema, Strom Vandenberg has decided to dedicate his future days to another passion, the art of lustful disco reworks - with Majesty's Pleasure the conduit. The inaugural release is primped especially for fans of the proto four x four thump, twisted cosmic psychedelia, basement boogie and vintage NJ Jersey sounds. Indeed the opening track "Our Love Call" seemingly swerves through various stages of dance music history before arriving at the burning crescendo that plays the track out. A spotters badge for anyone who can ID the tracks here! Look out for the slightly creepy message from Meneer Vandenberg which plays out the release.
