Review: Frankfurt's Baile Musik are back with some minimal/tech house goodness and if they keep this up they'll be joining the ranks of Raum Musik or Pressure Traxx in not long. Starting out with Maurits and Chris BC's "Loriot" (a nicely reduced and paranoid afterhours groove) they serve up Pedro Silver's "Bubble Transition" (tough, peak time, main room tech house of the underground kind) and Marwan Sabb/Nozen/Nozwan's joint venture "Snatch" which is the kind of druggy, bass heavy minimal reminiscent of late noughties m_nus releases. Elsewhere honourable mentions go to Marcelo Cura with his mellow, breaks driven reductionism on "Grey Days" (ambient mix) and Max whose track "No Effect" closes things out in nice fashion on this ultra-deep dubby techno number that's utterly sublime.
