Review: Originally issued on Urban Sound Of Amsterdam nearly 30 years ago, this standout release has not aged. The title track is a frenetic, acid-soaked groove, peppered with warbling tones and shot through with a wide-eyed innocence that punctuated much of the label's catalogue at that time. "Vibrosonic" sees Mystic Moves take influence from Detroit techno, audible in the track's jerky groove, while also paying heed to the Dutch house sound, evident in the high-end, shimmering synths. On "Predecessor", there is a different approach; reflecting a more nocturnal sensibility, the track is centred on dense break beats and features the kind of dark sub-bass one would normally associate with Suburban Knight.
