Review: Cheeky and irreverent, Austrian duo Ogris Debris, have garnered quite a respected reputation for themselves despite having a sporadic release history. Maybe that's due to those releases being on labels like Compost and Disko404, oh and also those releases being very good indeed. Here is there much anticipated debut album Constant Spring and it doesn't disappoint. There are 12 tracks featured which all run the gambit of the pair's everything and the kitchen sink philosophy. Highlights of all this craziness include the ramshackle piano house joint "Racer", the thumping sunshine-house of "Brainfreeze" and the Prince-on-ecstasy bleepfest "Beyond The Wall".

Review: For their latest foray into zeitgeist-bothering house territory, Disko404 have recruited Viennese duo Ogris Debris, last seen on Affine Records. In its original form, "Something Good" offers something new - house with the driving energy and relentless percussion of techno. The rhythm aside, all the current trends are present - pitched down vocals, US garage influenced stabs, fluid chords - making it a fresh take on a tried-and-tested formula. The bonus remixes offer something different, too, with Scratcha DVA turning in a deep and woozy fusion of post-dubstep rhythms (heavy on the bongos) and dreamy pads. The Clonius remix, meanwhile, is best described as "deep bass music" (or, if your prefer Disko404's press release, "future funk").
