Review: As you probably already know, Ralph Lawson is one of the UK's longest standing tech house producers and DJs, releasing here and there on labels like 20:20 Vision, and mixing up tunes for London's Fabric series. In recent years, however, he's launched his own Lost In Time label, a series of EP's focusing on a moodier, more jacked-up sound. "Kings", for instance, is a heavy Chicago-leaning house belter, while "Lost In Space" itself is a charging floor shaker with deep chords, and a gun-tight groove. "Throb" is darker, more twisted and heavy on the percussion flex, but the surprise comes from Mr KS Terasse's mix of "Kings", a stuttering, morphing bullet of a tune that will please techno listeners too.
