Review: It appears that Skillzy's now infamous PAR label is at it again, gathering and arranging an absolutely monstrous compilation here, featuring heavyweight riddims from some of the coldest names currently working across the grime and bass sphere. We see exciting returns for label favourites such as Juzlo, Dubzta, Daze Prism, Killjoy and more, who have all previously featured heavily on PAR. This compilation offers something for everyone, from the sharpened, evil grime chops of Garna's 'Peroni', to the UKG prowess and skippy rhythmic bliss of 'Kobe JT's most recent PAR appearance with 'Selecta'.

Review: If you're looking for tearout dubstep dynamite look no further. Rascal pulls out a riddim extravaganza across three tracks in collaboration with Sub Damage. The title track 'Raggatalk' is a built off sharp bass tones, sliding away amidst syncopated triplet drums. From here we move into the lethal synthesis and riding cymbals of 'Traktor Beam' which is designed to turn any dance to a zoo. Finally we have 'Kill Dem' which is reminiscent of early Coki with its grinding low end oscillators and powerful drum processing!

Review: It has been party time over at Erick Morillo's Subliminal label over the past few months, and the weekly delivery of quality house music continues with this carnival banger from Rascal. 'Wa Wa Ne' is all about the chanting vibe-raising vocals, and intricately programmed tribal drums. The mass of layered bongos and toms make you feel like you've been slapped in the centre of Rio carnival. Double trouble of Romero and Morillo bring a more 4/4 feel on their mix which is a straight up house bomb for the main room floors, strictly at peaktime. They also lay down a tribal alternative. We shouldn't need to tell you how big this is.. Get on it!!
